What do you wish you’d known about dieting while you were still dieting?

Below are a few things that I didn’t know then, and I’m so glad that I know now.sign do not enter

  • Trying new diets again and again is like running after different buses all headed in the wrong direction. It is exhausting and they will not take you where you want to go.
  • Trying harder is not the answer. Perfection in following the rules is not the answer. Your being human is not the problem.
  • You can love food, love your body, and love yourself every single day.

You don’t have to feel hopeless. There really is a self-nurturing, sane alternative, and it is available to you right now.
