The mission of Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs and Training is to change the way the world thinks about eating! This month we are celebrating our seventeenth year of doing just that!

We have grown a lot over the years and our mindful eating products and services have continued to expand to reach more people with this life-changing approach. We felt it was time to take a step back and create this video to explain how Am I Hungry? works.

  1. Wow !!!!!!! And I thought I loved this program ALOT already. This video sparked a whole new wider and broader sense of JUST HOW VITAL this training with mindful eating is ! This training / educational / mindful awareness approach could be THE KEY to winning the food battle in our western culture.
    As technology expands (which is wonderful in many ways ) children and adults alike are sitting more and moving less and becoming more detached from body awareness. This program is the antidote for that dilemma. I have facilitated, taught and used this program in therapy. After watching the new video, I feel inspired to want to attend a week long retreat and re-enter this world at a deep level and do some serious and more in depth work with the program FOR ME. JUST FOR ME.
    I have spent years giving this gift to everyone else. I think it is MY TURN NOW.

    Really loved your new video Think it directly tells so much more about what the program offers. It puts your mission out there. Making the public aware what they are going through is not there doing and that you were there too at one point is the best part of the video for me. Thank you.
