Working with the body through yoga connects you with your spirit, while unraveling the physical, mental, and emotional knots that bind you and blind you from your true nature.

Mindful eating and yoga both teach us to appreciate what our bodies are capable of and listen to and trust our bodies’ signals to best meet our needs. Online Mindful Eating and Yoga Instructor Training enables you to guide your students to explore mindfulness, shifting their perspective and relationship to food, appearance, and movement.
