Yogurt Parfait with Fresh Fruit and Granola

This is a delicious, nutritious breakfast, snack, or even dessert.
Number of Servings: 1
1 – 6 or 8 ounce container of plain, vanilla, or fruit yogurt
1/2 cup of bran cereal or homemade granola
1/2 cup of fresh fruit; strawberries, peaches, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and bananas all work well
- Layer the ingredients in an attractive glass; tall or martini style look great.
- Garnish with a strawberry or mint leaves and serve.
