Am I Hungry? Workplace Wellness Options

Recognizing the diverse needs of employers and employees, Am I Hungry? makes it easy to offer this novel approach in a way that works best for your organization.

Live Programs: Live programs are conducted by a licensed Am I Hungry? Facilitator and delivered via an onsite workshop, webinar or teleseminar. These engaging sessions are a combination of interactive discussions and thought-provoking activities delivered in conjunction with print materials and online support tools. Program length and size are flexible but a 60-minute session once weekly for eight weeks with ten to thirty people works well for most organizations. To implement this option, your own employee(s) participate in our online Facilitator Training or we’ll connect you to licensed Facilitators that you can contract with.

Online Program: The Online Mindful Eating Program includes the same great content, resources, and materials that participants have in a live program – and allows them to progress through this life-changing process at a pace and in a setting that works best for them.

Mindful Eating Coaching: Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Coaching helps individuals develop mindful eating skills and resolve a problematic relationship with food and transform their lives. May be delivered telephonically or face-to face in conjunction with live or online programming, or as a stand-alone service. To implement this option, you may send your own employee(s) or subcontractor through our online Training for Mindful Eating Coaching or we’ll connect you to our licensed Mindful Eating Coaches that you can contract with.
