Pop-up Webinar! What is the Mindful Eating Cycle – and how can it help me?

By Michelle May, M.D.

pop-up-webinarToday is my birthday and I always celebrate by making extra time to do things I love. I went to yoga this morning then lunch with a girlfriend. I’ll go out to dinner with my family tonight and hiking with friends in the morning. (So yes, I love eating, yoga, and hiking!)

And last night, we went to a really cool “pop-up restaurant” with old friends. A pop-up restaurant is basically a temporary restaurant, often offered in a private home on a very limited basis. This one was called Savor: Contemplative Gastronomy and was described as mindfulness-based dining with ingredient-driven cuisine (if you are in Arizona, check it out while you can!). It was really special and it gave me an idea…

One of the other things I love to do is teach people about mindful eating so I decided to do a Pop-up Webinar tomorrow! This will be a free webinar for up to 500 people tomorrow night, Thursday, November 10 at 6:00 pm PST (check the time in your area). Since there are a lot of people who get our email newsletter but may not really know about our Mindful Eating Cycle, I am going to teach about this really awesome tool for recognizing and managing your eating patterns.

If you are curious about what mindful eating is all about, and more specifically, want to learn about how the Mindful Eating Cycle can help you, I hope you’ll join me for this pop-up webinar! Register here for free (it’s my gift to you!)
