Today is my birthday and I always celebrate by making extra time to do things I love. I went to yoga this morning then lunch with a girlfriend. I’ll go out to dinner with my family tonight and hiking with friends in the morning. (So yes, I love eating, yoga, and hiking!)
And last night, we went to a really cool “pop-up restaurant” with old friends. A pop-up restaurant is basically a temporary restaurant, often offered in a private home on a very limited basis. This one was called Savor: Contemplative Gastronomy and was described as mindfulness-based dining with ingredient-driven cuisine (if you are in Arizona, check it out while you can!). One of the other things I love to do is teach people about mindful eating so I decided to do a Pop-up Webinar tomorrow! This will be a free webinar for up to 500 people tomorrow night, Thursday, November 10 at 6:00 pm PST (check the time in your area).
