Like many of the people we work with, Sheri started dieting in her teens. “So much of my mental bandwidth was taken up with thinking about food.” Through the Eat Mindfully, Live Vibrantly Program, Sheri discovered, “I can trust myself!”

Sheri’s situation was further complicated by dietary restriction due to kidney disease. This compounded her struggle to manage cravings – that is until she let go of the rigid rules and learned to trust herself again. In this video, Sheri shares her journey from rule- and weight-focused, to freedom and mindful decision-making.
