Conner’s Story: Add more “Vitamin P” to your meals

Conner Middlemann completed her nutrition training in Europe and lived in France for many years. She loved the relaxed approach to eating there, so she was surprised by the stress and anxiety she encountered around food when she moved to the United States.

I even started to catch that as a nutritionist because people kept asking me ‘how many grams of this or how much of that should I be eating?”” Conner says it took her a while to untangle the “diet culture stuff” she’d absorbed from what she knows about “good old-fashioned nutrition.”

Conner has completed several Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Trainings, including Mindful Eating Coaching, Mindful Eating with Diabetes, and Mindful Eating for Bariatric Surgery. (You’ll find her upcoming Am I Hungry? workshops here.)
