Am I Hungry? Daily Mindful Moment Sign Up

Sign your participants up to receive this automatic series of short (one to three sentence) emails once a day for eight weeks. The goal is to inspire your participants and keep them focused on what they are learning.
Here’s how it works:

  • Sign up your workshop participants that have an email address to receive the daily “Mindful Moment” email series.
  • When you sign them up they will immediately receive a welcome email from Michelle May.
  • Their daily Mindful Moment messages begin the next day and continue for 8 weeks.
  • If you would like, ask if you can also sign them up for the series at the end of their workshops as a reminder of what they’ve learned.
