Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating for Diabetes Daily Mindful Moment Sign Up

Sign your participants up to receive this automatic series of short emails (just one to three sentence) once a day for six weeks. The goal is to inspire your participants and keep them focused on what they are learning about mindful eating for diabetes.
Here’s how it works:

  • Sign up your workshop participants who have an email address to receive the daily “Mindful Moment” email series.
  • They will immediately receive a Welcome email from Michelle May MD.
  • Their daily Mindful Moment messages begin the next day and continue for 6 weeks.
  • If you would like, you may also sign them up for this Mindful Moment series at the end of their workshops as a reminder of what they’ve learned. (This is a great incentive for returning their Diabetes Knowledge Assessment and Workshop Feedback Forms!)
