Mindful Eating Program, provides students with a flexible, non-diet, mindfulness-based approach to eating, physical activity, and self-care. During the class, students will explore the six crucial decision points in the Mindful Eating Cycle and develop sustainable skills for effective lifestyle management that they can apply personally and professionally.

About the Author

Michelle May, MD is a recovered yo-yo dieter and the founder of Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs and Training. She is an award-winning author of the Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat book series.

As an inspirational speaker and author, Michelle’s passion for mindful eating stems from her own personal struggle with food and body image as a teenager and into her medical practice. After years of chronic yo-yo dieting, she developed a positive, balanced relationship with food and physical activity.
