Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating for Binge Eating (ME-BE) Training is for licensed Masters and Doctorate level behavioral health professionals who wish to offer a mindful eating approach for the treatment of binge eating disorder. Therapists who participate in the comprehensive Am I Hungry? ME-BE Training will learn how to facilitate psychoeducational group workshops and conduct small group and individual therapeutic interventions.
