Mindful Stress Management webinar

Mindful Stress Management

A Virtual Workshop

Healthcare and other essential workers, employees, and community members are under significant stress during the Coronavirus pandemic. While there are many urgent issues that must be addressed, one positive step we can take is to develop specific strategies for managing stress. The intention of providing stress management is to reduce the amount of dis-stress that makes them more vulnerable to dis-ease and dis-satisfaction.
Simple techniques they can tap into at a moment’s notice, such as stress-reducing breathing techniques, compassion mantras, and mental reframing, alongside longer term strategies to build their self-care buffer zone can help participants cope with the stress they are experiencing at work and at home.

Speaker: Dr. Michelle May

Michelle May M.D. was a family physician in private practice for 16 years before deciding to focus full time on guiding people to seek optimal well-being and live fully and vibrantly.
