I Love Taking My Power Back!

shutterstock_73663168 - smI love taking charge! Since starting the Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating program, I feel so much more in charge:

I’m in charge of my how I feel about my body
I’m in charge of my food choices
I’m in charge of what kind and how much exercise I choose
I’m in charge of my self-care

This is amazingly huge to be in charge after so many years of surrendering my power! It all seems so obvious now, but it wasn’t for so long.

Mindful eating and the awareness that comes with it is like shining a light in the darkness.
