How will this Mindful Eating Virtual Retreat work?
You are in experienced hands! Michelle May has hosted dozens of retreats and hundreds of hours of live, online workshops, trainings, and events! She will personally guide you and a small group of individuals through this live, online weekend retreat on Zoom Meeting.
- The retreat will take place on the Zoom meeting platform which allows for video, discussion, chat, and break-out groups, making it easy to recreate the in-person retreat experience—without the travel time and expense!
- You can expect engaging retreat activities, break-out groups, time for connection with others, guided mindful eating experiences, and time to get your questions answered.
- You’ll also receive a series of surprise tools to support your retreat lessons.
