This Participant Fee is available for licensees, employers, or pre-qualified resellers delivering Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs to employees, clients or customers.
As indicated in your Am I Hungry?® Licensing Agreement, A Participant Fee is required for each person who participates in a Mindful Eating Program. The Workplace Wellness Participant Fee includes additional services.

The rights to share Am I Hungry? intellectual property, concepts, and processes (including the Mindful Eating Cycle model) with the participant.- Copy of Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat: A Mindful Eating Program to Break Your Eat-Repent-Repeat Cycle.
- Copy of Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Program Workbook and Awareness Journal.
- Shipping is included in the price (US only).
- Access to the Am I Hungry? Member Portal. With this Workplace Wellness Fee, we will upload your participants in the Member Portal for you.
- Daily Mindful Moment and Weekly Workshop Email Summary emails. With this Workplace Wellness Fee, we will register your participants for you.
- Customizable marketing materials.

Employer Participant Fee
Choose this Employer Participant Fee (Options 1 or 2) if you are an employer offering Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs to your own employees, and only to your own employees. If you are a licensed Facilitator delivering programs in the workplace, you may also choose this Participant Fee for your workplace programs, but you are not obligated to do so.

Reseller Participant Fee
Choose the Reseller Participant Fee (Options 3 or 4) ONLY if you are a pre-qualified reseller of Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs. As a reseller, you must order materials in sets of 10 and all materials will be shipped to the person you indicate at checkout. For more information about becoming a reseller, please email training@amihungry.com.

*Choosing the “Paid by Check” option will open up a form that requires you to submit company billing information in order for an invoice to be sent. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
