Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Program Participant Fee
As required in your Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Program Addendum, this $40 fee is required for each person who participates in your workshops or coaching program. The fee includes:
- The rights to share Am I Hungry? intellectual property, concepts, and processes (including the Mindful Eating Cycle model) with the participant
- Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat: A Mindful Eating Program to Break Your Eat-Repent-Repeat Cycle. (If they already have the book, let them know they can pass it on to a friend!)
- Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Program Workbook and Awareness Journal
- Access to the Am I Hungry? Member Portal
- Daily Mindful Moment and Weekly Workshop Email Summaries (or see Participant List Upload option)
