Grilled Apple Packets

Serves 4

Ingredients:Grilled Apples

4 small apples (may substitute peaches, nectarines, bananas or blueberries)
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

1. Combine ingredients.
2. Place 1/4 of the fruit mixture in center of each of four squares of foil
3. Gather and twist the foil tightly.
4. Grill over medium heat for 20 minutes until fruit is tender.
5. Open foil carefully and pour the fruit and juices over ice cream and serve immediately.
